In Latawa, when frequent shooter Walt (Shamike Moore) takes a bartending gig and kicks off his shoes at his local bowling alley, Alley Cats, he finally feels like he’s found a home. When the AlleyCatz are threatened by money problems, Walt is pressured by former bowler and current alcoholic Skunk (D’Arcy Cardenas) to accept his role as the greatest bowler to ever grace the earth. The pro tour is dominated by Walt’s big checks and in-your-face playing style, along with his rivals, including ratings-obsessed newscaster Angelo Powers and retired bowling legend Linda “The Crusher” Curson (Susan). Sarandon), frantically tries to extinguish Walt’s flame before it burns too brightly.
